The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint a TPS Bodyshop Parts Advisor to join its team.

Key RoleResponsibilities:
As a TPS Bodyshop Parts Advisor, you will be an integral member of the TPS Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting, liaising and supporting the TPS Centres to ensure good working relationships and delivery of customer service excellence.
- Accuratelyidentifying parts to meet customers sales requirements and utilising TPSproduct promotions effectively.
- Providinga high level of customer service at all times, building strong relationshipswith customers by making relevant and regular contact with them.
- Handlingincoming calls and customer enquiries.
Prerequisites:
- Previous experiencein a Bodyshop or accident repair would be desirable.
- Goodcommunication skills and telephone manner
- Goodattention to detail
- Good ITskills
