The Role:

As a Bodyshop Technician, you will play a pivotal role in restoration of classic car bodyshells to premium standards for the paint shop.

Responsibilities:

- Enhancement and modification of vintage cars for competitive purposes.
- Contributing to the advancement of best practices for optimal product quality.
- Providing input on materials and equipment to uphold organisational standards.
- Collaborative engagement across different company sectors to foster a team-centric atmosphere.

Requirements:

Essential:

- Previously worked as a Bodyshell Technician or in a similar role.
- Experience in welding and fabrication, especially with Mild, Stainless, and Aluminium materials.
- Understanding of automotive body repair or restoration.
- A high level of dedication, energy, and motivation.

Desirable:

- Previous bodyshell experience.
- Background in the apprenticeship process.
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, SPOT welding, and the use of Automotive Jigs.
