The Role:
As a Bodyshop Technician, you will play a pivotal role in restoration of classic car bodyshells to premium standards for the paint shop.
Responsibilities:
* Enhancement and modification of vintage cars for competitive purposes.
* Contributing to the advancement of best practices for optimal product quality.
* Providing input on materials and equipment to uphold organisational standards.
* Collaborative engagement across different company sectors to foster a team-centric atmosphere.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Previously worked as a Bodyshell Technician or in a similar role.
* Experience in welding and fabrication, especially with Mild, Stainless, and Aluminium materials.
* Understanding of automotive body repair or restoration.
* A high level of dedication, energy, and motivation.
Desirable:
* Previous bodyshell experience.
* Background in the apprenticeship process.
* Skilled in MIG, TIG, SPOT welding, and the use of Automotive Jigs.
