Key Responsibilities:
As a Bookkeeper/Senior Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks which will include:
- Using QuickBooks to manage all aspects of financial transactions and reporting. (MUST HAVE)
- Cost and expense reporting
- VAT reporting
- Processing personal & credit card expenses
- Petty cash management
- Recording of Staff Holidays
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Event Planning for annual company events
