The Role & Company
Join a family-run and rapidly growing independent accountancy practice as a Bookkeeper. In this role you will work closely with a wide range of clients across various industries, providing essential financial support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile banks and the other main nominal accounts quickly and accurately, through to preparing quality management accounts for your portfolio of clients.
Prepare VAT returns.
Manage multiple clients, often to tight deadlines as well as working in an open plan office.

What you bring to the table
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly, Excel) and online bookkeeping packages like QuickBooks Online
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers
Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Legally authorised to work in the UK
