Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax calculations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations

Skills:
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note: Experience with Sage is a plus, but not required.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 2.5 per week
