The Client
Our client is a backend tech & multiplayer Specialist for the Video Games industry. Established in 2019, the company has been growing and is now a team of 12 with Freelancers worldwide and further plans to expand.
The Role
The role of Bookkeeper / Administrator will be to support the two Directors and Accountant with admin and accounts support. Typical duties will include:
Bookkeeping
- Quickbooks or other system experience
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT reports
- VIES reports
- EER
- Year end journals (depreciations, accruals, deferrals)
Payroll
- Bulk payments
- Net payments and e-work bi-annual reconciliation
- Manage Employment contracts using templates (new, amendments, terminations etc)
- Manage employment records
- Point of contact for employees
Accounts Receivable
- Issue Invoices
- Log payments
- Client overdue Statements
Accounts Payable
- Invoice/receipts archive
- Payments
- Process/pay team expenses (directors and employees)
Office
- Harvest or other time logging system experience
- Liaise with pension and insurance management, accountant and solicitor
- Manage customer contracts using templates and Docusign
- Point of contact for Customers admin
Ideal candidate
- The idea candidate will be a self starter and someone who can work independently. They must be organised and detailed orientated with good business acumen.
- Must have experience as a Bookkeeper
- Must have experience of Quickbooks or a similar system
Salary
- Salary is €15-17 per hour depending on skills and experience.
