Bookkeeper

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with accounting software and possesses strong attention to detail. Duties: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using our accounting software - Sage Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in using our accounting software Sage. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
