Are you a Bookkeeper or similar from a Practice background who is proficient in QuickBooks / Xero looking for a varied and flexible role within a well-established Accountancy Practice who offer a friendly office environment and good work life balance due to working 4-day weeks?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established Accountancy firm who have seen steady growth over the last few years whilst maintaining a loyal client base across numerous sectors, primarily made up of SMEs. They have a tight-knit team of 12 and are now looking to further grow their team.
In this varied role you will work closely with other departments as you record financial transactions, deal with accounts payable and relievable and support clients ranging from VAT returns to advice and support on liabilities and invoices. You will be responsible for client advice and completing reconciliations and adjustments in this role with plenty of opportunities to train and progress.
This role would suit a Bookkeeper or similar from a Practice background who is proficient in QuickBooks / Xero looking to work for an independent accountancy firm who offer ongoing training opportunities and a good work life balance due to a 4 day working week.
The Role:
* Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
* Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial records for compliance and informed decision-making.
* Work within team of 12
* 4 day week
