The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our family business in Saltash. This position is flexible, suiting both part-time and full-time candidates, depending on your willingness to take on general office duties in addition to bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Input of invoices.
- Management of daily takings and rentals.
- Distribution of spreadsheets.
- Handling daily banking tasks.
- Maintaining creditors and debtors’ lists.
- Answering phone calls and managing communications.

The Person
We are seeking someone who:
- Has previous bookkeeping experience.
- Is proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Is willing to answer the phone and manage communications effectively.
- Is detail-oriented and highly organised.
