Description

• Prepare and process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including posting financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Use Sage software for data entry and financial tracking.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for review.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and financial audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper/Payroll should have:

• A strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll principles.
• Experience using Sage software.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
