Branch Administrator

We are representing a leading industrial market leading looking to expand their team in Eccleshall. We are looking dynamic individual that grow within a company!

The role:

• Receipt and process customer orders and enter accurately on to the RM system
• Ensure order and/or schedule discrepancies are resolved and amendments made where necessary
• Work closely with the Finance team to prepare schedules and order for handover to ensure all work is invoiced correctly and on time
• Take a proactive approach to customer liaison and provide an excellent standard of service
• Ensure personal data is held securely and in compliance with GDPR and Company policy at all times
• Carry out checks to ensure people being used are fit to work and are working within the working hour rules and fatigue management of individuals planned.
• Provide/assist with holiday cover for colleagues within the department
• Provide ad hoc reception duties (receiving deliveries and greeting visitors)

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an office administrator
• Excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Previous experience working in the rail industry (desirable)

Working times: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)-please note this is an office based position.
