We are representing a leading industrial market leading looking to expand their team in Eccleshall. We are looking dynamic individual that grow within a company!
The role:
- Receipt and process customer orders and enter accurately on to the RM system
- Ensure order and/or schedule discrepancies are resolved and amendments made where necessary
- Work closely with the Finance team to prepare schedules and order for handover to ensure all work is invoiced correctly and on time
- Take a proactive approach to customer liaison and provide an excellent standard of service
- Ensure personal data is held securely and in compliance with GDPR and Company policy at all times
- Carry out checks to ensure people being used are fit to work and are working within the working hour rules and fatigue management of individuals planned.
- Provide/assist with holiday cover for colleagues within the department
- Provide ad hoc reception duties (receiving deliveries and greeting visitors)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office administrator
- Excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working in the rail industry (desirable)
