A highly respected professional Estate Agency with offices in Cranleigh are seeking an experienced Branch Administratorto work with a premium property brand.

As the Branch Administrator it is essential that you work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. A 'can do' attitude will be required as well as the ability to work in a team environment and a proven track record to build and maintain excellent relationships with Directors, Managers, Clients and Suppliers.

Previous and recent experience as an Administrator / PA is essential and preferential consideration will be given to a candidate with estate agency experience.

Skills: The skills required for this Branch Administrator / PA (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in both lettings and sales administration within the luxury sector
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Presentable and articulate communicator
• Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of property industry
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software
