SalaryUNISON EPUT Branch is currently recruiting a Branch Administrator to support the branch with day-to-day office functions. The job will be predominately work from home with some travel required to the branch office in Thurrock for specific tasks.
The successful candidate will bring their experience and skills in assisting supporting members and leading on the branch adminstrative duties.
You will be an experienced team player, have good communication and time management skills, including the ability to organise your own workload and effectively manage your priorities. You will need to undertake a range of business support duties to support our members and activists including often working to tight deadlines and being responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
To undertake this role, you must have good interpersonal and IT skills, excellent administrative and organisational skills and a good understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft teams, Excel and Microsoft word.
The job is 18 hours per week (Core hours 10am – 4pm) on a 2-week pattern: Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
