Branch Coordinator (Lettings)

£27,000pa + great benefit package!

Southeast London

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity as a Branch Coordinator? Look no further! We are in search of a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client's team in Canada Water.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in every task.
  • Manage and maintain branch systems, databases, and records to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the branch team by handling administrative duties, such as managing calendars, organising files, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to facilitate seamless communication and processes.
  • Aid in the onboarding process for new employees, providing necessary training and resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of branch policies and procedures.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Branch Coordinator or administrative role would be ideal.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of branch operations and procedures would be an added advantage.
