What does the role involve?
As the Hire Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the hire operations and team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a sales action plan
- Establishing strong customer relationships, and maintaining optimal equipment utilisation to meet customer demands
You'll also be responsible for directing and coaching the team to achieve sales and revenue targets, ensuring that your team is well-trained, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Travis Perkins operates more than 500 branches, supplying trade professionals and self-builders with thousands of products and materials, including a hire service. Our Lincoln branch employs 14 staff members and runs 3 delivery vehicles. You will also be assisting our Flagship branch Lincoln South. We offer a wide range of quality timber, building materials, kitchens, plumbing and heating, landscaping, painting and decorating essentials, and tools for the job.
