Branch Manager, Glasgow, 45,000 - 50,000 per annum + Car Allowance & Bonus
Role Profile
Our client is a growing business who are looking to recruit a Branch Manager for their lead site in Glasgow. With overall accountability for the Branch across operations and sales, you'll manage the day activities at the branch to ensure customer satisfaction, and spend time with clients to maximise sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Increase the overall productivity of the branch by utilising the efficiency and effectiveness of all staffMaintain and develop excellent relationships with current customers and grow relationships with potential new customers, ensuring a first-class service at all timeTo lead by example and to develop a strong relationship with all members of staff within the branch and the wider group in the companyResponsible for managing the day to day financial performance of Branch and reporting on weekly/ monthly basisDeveloping and implementing yearly sales planCompiling quotations and tendering to win new business and maximise profitabilityTo liaise and work with the external sales team on developing and monitoring the development of current and potential customersMaintaining and developing a high performing team, encouraging excellence in serviceEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures including health & safety
Key Skills
Background in manufacturing/ industrial environments would be highly desirableEngaging leadership with ability to influence at all levels and hold team to accountTrack record of delivering results, both operationally and against sales targetsAbility to manage expectations and exceed goals for the teamExcellent customer service, with record of growing customer accountsStrong IT skillsWillingness to travel to visit customer sites
Remuneration
45,000 - 50,000 per annum + Car Allowance & Bonus
