Main Duties:
- Leading and managing the team
- Valuations
- Conducting team 121’s
- Setting and tracking team targets and KPI’s
- Overseeing daily operations of a bustling branch
- Business generation and prospecting
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Responsible for financial performance of the branch
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints effectively
- Keeping the team informed on industry trends and best practices

- Ideally ARLA qualified
- Proficiency in reporting and understanding KPIs
