Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000neg + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Branch Manager - Air Conditioning / HVAC will involve:

• Branch Manager position selling a high quality distributed range of Air Conditioning & refrigeration solutions
• All of your time will be focused on selling to Air Conditioning contractors, M&E contractors & sub-contractors
• Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
• Manage stock levels, set and work towards budget expectations for each year
• Maintain existing base and cultivate new customer relationships to increase sales
• Liaise internally with credit control team to manage customer accounts & payments
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
• Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel, managing a team of 8 Drivers, Warehousing & Internal Sales Staff

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager - Air Conditioning / HVAC with:

• Must have experience running a busy a branch within the construction industry
• Must have experience managing and developing a team
• A solid understanding of H&S regulations
• A strong commercial acumen or sales background are highly beneficial
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and in person
• IT Literate (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
