The Role
- Business Development- To ensure team convert new clients and maximise potential within existing clients.
- Service Delivery - Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each client’s contractual obligations.
- Financial Performance -Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriate actions
