SalaryOur client is a well estimated Estate Agents looking for Branch Manager located in Harrow and where you can lead a team in delivering exceptional service to your clients.
Your duties include
" Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
" Coaching the team to achieve KPI's
" Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
" Encourage your team's development and progression
" Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
" Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
" Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
" Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
" Follow process and compliance standards
You will need to have: Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher, team player, communication skills, building relationships, know current legislation and Strong IT & people skills.
Your package: £22000 to £25000 basic salary, OTE £50K, Uncapped commission scheme, A BMW 1 Series Company Car, or a monthly Car Allowance, training, progression, team nights out and 28days holidays in bank holidays.
