SalaryA manufacturing business is growing and have secured a new branch based in Essex. Due to this expansion, they are looking for you to be their new Branch Supervisor.
As Branch Supervisor you will run the parts and material unit so they can service their customer base across the South of the UK.

Your Branch Supervisor role will involve:
- Managing enquiries and orders from customers
- Meeting customers needs and expectations
- Providing customers with advice, guidance, and support
- Establishing and building relationships with customers
- Securing new business with existing and new customers for parts and materials
- Picking, packing, and loading customer orders
- Ensuring parts and materials are stocked
- Keeping the unit presentable
Skills & Experience Required:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, ideally door manufacturing
- Experience in customer service and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- Ideally have FLT experience but not essential

This role is permanent, fully on-site, and full-time. Salary and benefits include:
- £30,000 to £45,000
