Are you Branch Supervisor from a Trade Counter background looking to take a step up to Manager, working for a rapidly expanding company, with career development, on-the-job training and a variety of work?
In this role you will be setting up and developing a brand new Branch that is yet to open. You will be overseeing a team and remain hands on. With a background in trade sales, you will be tasked to grow the branch, increase profitability, reduce waste and create a familiar place for local trade professionals.
This company are manufactures of a variety of Building Materials. Having continued to recruit and profit through the pandemic, they are financially sound and are looking towards a bright and profitable future.
This position would suit a Branch Supervisor with experience on a Trade Counter, who is looking for that next step up into a management role and a long-term career move.
DUTIES
* Managing a brand new Branch
* Building rapport with Tradespeople, Housebuilders etc
* Hands on, assisting in the yard and with deliveries when required
