The role:
Budweiser Brewing Group seeks a Brand Activations Executive in Trade Marketing to develop and execute trade marketing plans for key brands in the UK. Based in our UK head office, you will lead the trade agenda, develop below-the-line activations, and manage budgets efficiently. Join our passionate team and be part of driving growth and innovation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategy to drive growth.
  • Develop below-the-line activations and bespoke merchandise items for customers.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness with the Insights team and implement learnings for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with channel leads and brand marketing to develop activation plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Conduct Post Campaign Reviews (PCRs) to analyze campaign effectiveness and share learnings.
  • Efficiently manage relevant elements of the budget.
  • Drive the development of BTL activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute activation plans.
  • Track brand health, understand innovation potential, and evaluate performance with partners.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Graduate with experience in Blue Chip Marketing teams, ideally in FMCG.
  • Proven ability to deliver challenging results and demonstrate project management skills.
  • Knowledge of business operations and ability to understand customer, consumer, and brand agendas.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to persuade and achieve results.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify processes and exercise financial acumen.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on personal development and leadership.
