Salary Leading a team is hard but rewarding.
Getting paid a lot of money is also rewarding, but that’s crass so let’s not focus on that.

Now let’s be honest, you’re either gonna love that last line or think it’s the worst thing you’ve heard, I’m hoping it’s the former.
You’ll be leading from the front, making decisions and running meetings with your multimillion-pound portfolio whilst keeping the internal team in the loop.
You’ll then lead the team to guide the client to a solution, and be the one explaining the why as well as the how.
After the obvious success of this, you’ll switch into ‘doing’ mode and traffic manage the operational team to deliver against the objectives.
All whilst being part of an agency who has “don’t be a dick” as one of their key values.
