I am currently recruiting for an innovative, growing art manufacturing and retail business in London who are looking for a best-in-class Finance Director to join and lead the team. This is a fast-paced organisation with the chance to interact with a wide range of stakeholders in a broad and varied role. This is an exciting, creative business working with one of the world's most well known artists.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied Finance Director role with key duties and responsibilities including:
- Leadership and development of the finance team.
- Production of monthly management accounting including analysis and commentary.
- Management of treasury functions, including cashflow management
- Tax compliance
- Supporting commercial negotiations and driving profitability.
- Driving operational efficiencies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience as a Finance Director. You will need to be comfortable working in a creative environment with previous experience in creative, retail or manufacturing sectors preferred. You will need a rounded skill set across accounting, tax and cash management with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
