Our promotional marketing assistant is instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of our rapidly expanding business, enabling us to serve an even bigger community. Success in this position is measured by achieving KPIs, ensuring exposure in the local community, and contributing to the clinic's sustained growth.

Reporting directly to the head of sales and marketing manager, our promotional marketing assistant will assume accountability for all outreach sales in the community. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exhibits extraordinary attention to detail, the highest standards of professionalism and possesses a proven track record in sales and promotional activities.

What do we do?:

We set up mobile spine and posture clinics in the local area and provide huge value to the community by engaging in conversations with them about back pain and sciatica, how it affects their lives and offering a solution for them. All training is provided to give you the best chance to make a huge impact.

Hours-depends on when we have events on, usually Friday-Sunday 9-5. Occasional weekdays and evenings

You will need to be:

Enthusiastic and able to talk to strangers and strike up engaging conversations

Follow scripts and lead a conversation and ask quality questions

Ability and willingness to learn about Chiropractic and answer questions

Well presented, smart and on time

Driven by making a difference an likes being held accountable

Person Specification:

Skills

Able to work autonomously and an innovative approach.

Proficient IT user and an ability to adapt and be flexible on the spot.

An effective communicator with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach.

Ability to juggle multiple clients asking for information simultaneously and assimilate information quickly, enabling sound decision making at pace.

Knowledge/ Previous Experience

Demonstrable experience operating to the highest standards in sales in a service based or hospitality business. Knowledge of Chiropractic Care can be taught.

Experience and demonstrable track record of sales and working in high performing teams.

Able to demonstrate consultative sales skills and skilled at overcoming objections.

Attributes
