SalaryBlair House is located in Billinghay. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 27 males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Our team are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people we support, helping them to achieve positive outcomes. We want to help each person we care for to have a healthy, happy and independent life, within a safe and welcoming home.
We can also support autistic people and those who may have:
- Difficulties with communication
- Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
- A forensic background
- Epilepsy
- Physical health care needs
Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?
Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.
Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
