Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on pricing
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries in-person
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Upsell products to increase revenue

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,349.28 per year
