The role is essential in supplying our customers with an efficient and highly competitive service with every order.
We supply customers nationwide from our Liverpool office with a range of industrial engineering components such as bearings, belt & chain drives, oil seals, adhesives and lubricants mostly on a time-critical basis, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
The role consists of:
- Receiving and processing enquiries from new and existing clients over the phone, email, Whatsapp and from our trade counter.
- Preparing quotes, invoices & purchase orders quickly and efficiently.
- Processing incoming deliveries ready to be despatched on our vans/courier
- Stock management.
- Product identification on the trade counter and on-site
- Site visits & deliveries.
- Assisting with our 24 hour call out service.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- An interest in mechanical engineering.
- Administration experience.
- Microsoft Office, Google sheets and accounting software; Xero.
- The ability to work independently to strict deadlines
- A clean driving licence
