With sites across the North, this role can be based in either Northallerton or the Leeds area on a hybrid basis.

About the Senior Electrical Engineer Role
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for providing a variety of services at all stages of the project. This position will involve visiting sites to attend meetings, carry out inspections and surveys across current and planned projects across the North of England.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Production of Electrical Building Services design calculations
- Producing feasibility reports, condition surveys, design specifications and drawings suitable for all RIBA work stages
- Overseeing and supervising the installation of building services systems, undertaking commissioning management and specifying maintenance and operating procedures
- Carry out project design and complete H&S risk assessments to meet current CDM regulation requirements.
About You
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be degree qualified or have a HNC in Building Services/Electrical Engineering and ideally working towards MCIBSE. You will have the ability to produce plans, sections and detailed drawings, specifications, schedules of works to high standards.
Other requirements of the Senior Electrical Engineer include previous experience in:
- The preparation of electrical surveys and condition survey reports
- Investigation and analysis of services defects to develop solutions to system failures.
- The preparation of feasibility studies.
- Preparation of decarbonisation/sustainability reports.
