The Fragrance Consultant will be responsible for delivering sales targets in a specific store by making sure to execute in-store excellence and provide information and influence customers.

Team working
To maintain excellent communication with the Area Manager
To keep informed of all Company initiatives
To demonstrate ownership for counter/area and daily responsibilities
To develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Luxury Office team when required
Customer Service
To build relationships with customers to sell, influence and persuade them to buy
To find and suggest alternative and add-on sales
To deal with problems and complaints effectively
To deliver Customer Service standards in line with Service Excellence
Standards
To accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits
To submit weekly and monthly sales figures with trading comments on time
To adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
To ensure the effective and efficient running of the account at all times
To maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of visual display, in line with store guidelines
Skills/Experience
Previous similar experience
Excellent communication
Excellent Customer service and Selling skills
Good interpersonal skills
Numeracy and literacy
Use of IT tools such as Excel.
