RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the Mobile consultant is to support numerous counters to achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service and executing with excellence. They will be responsible for driving sales targets on the counters through innovative eventing and having impact and influence within the store in which they work. They also should assist their area manager by taking on key responsibilities to support the city in which they work.
Your main focus :
Supporting counters to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company benchmarks on ASP, Sales Mix and Split Build relationships with customers to influence and sell and upsell by performing makeup, fragrance and skincare consultations
The role of mobile consultant requires a delicate balance of relationship building within each account and so much be able to adapt to different ways of working and personalities on each counter
Use of ipad for email, reporting and VM guidelines
Lead by example be a Brand Ambassador, protecting the equity for Coty brands and adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines and ensure the team do so

You will be working with our fantastic teams in Flannels and you will also work closely together with several departments such as the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, National Account Manager, Regional Education Ambassador and Area Manager. All your colleagues are sales focused make-up artists, skincare and fragrance experts within our COTY portfolio. Working with our teams, you will need to be passionate, a positive leader and role model, ambitious to succeed and proud to represent our luxury brands.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Mobile Brand Ambassador working in beauty retail, you have a deep passion for makeup and luxury brands and enjoys owning and driving the business as it was your own. You get energy from working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Other than that, you: Experience in beauty across makeup and fragrance Strong sales background; working towards and achieving targets Ability to build strong relationships with instore teams
