Brand Ambassadors/senior store assistants


Store open 7 days a week - 5 days out of this working


9:00-8:00 - working in shifts

General Qualifications and Job Description


Our client is looking for someone with luxury jewellery experience and a client base. Experience in a well-known local luxury jewellery company is advantageous. Being fluent in Arabic or Chinese is a plus. Advanced sales skills and customer relationship management, Giving importance to personal development and education



Sales and Service Competencies

  • Daily Boutique Transactions

  • Able to comply with boutique policies and procedures

  • Able to follow all sales procedures and instructions


Main Accountabilities:


Sales and Service Achievements:



  • Ensures a unique client experience during a sale

  • Maximize sales opportunity deriving from any entrance in-store

  • Meets individual and boutique KPI's/targets ( both quantitative and qualitative)

  • Transmits the passion, values and brand heritage of the brand

  • Handle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)

  • Perfectly master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)

  • Develop High Jewellery business with existing clients



Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:



  • Cultivates strong client relationships and develops client loyalty

  • Enrich CRM database with client portfolio

  • Participates in client events and performs all CRM 1 to 1 activities



Daily Boutique Operations:




  • Respects all brand & boutique policies and procedures

  • Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, legal, etc.)

  • Ensure that all front areas of the shop are neat and clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines Assists with special projects when requested



Qualifications / Key Skills




  • Experience working in a luxury or client-centric retail environment

  • Has a strong history involving customer service

  • Being fluent in Arabic or Chinese is a plus.

  • Curiosity to discover and delight our clients by leveraging an remarkable brand heritage experience

  • Sales skills & product knowledge

  • Clienteling
