Job Description
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and results driven Brand and Marketing Manager to successfully develop the world renowned brand of Peter Beales Roses. We have the worlds largest range of retail roses and have been breeding some of the most exquisite varieties in Norfolk for over 50 years. We have 28 prestigious RHS Chelsea Gold Medals and numerous other awards.
You will join our small existing team and head up the brand development, marketing and public relations of our iconic and historic roses. The successful candidate will work within the different areas of the business to help create and grow our market potential. We are looking for someone who has experience in similar positions, and has a passion for horticulture or has been involved in high end brand management previously.
Responsibilities:
As a the Brand Manager you will ensure our brand is protected and unified across all parts of our business. You will find new associated products and projects and spearhead the business development in these areas. This will involve working alongside our Breeding Team, Nurseries, Retail Sales (both in our Garden Centres and Online Platforms), Social Media Content Creators and Influencers, New Product Development, Literature and Events. You will collaborate with all areas with in the business in this challenging and rewarding role.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of photography graphic design and photo editing.
Passion for gardening or a willingness to learn about gardening and related topics.
A strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
Ability of creating new product ideas and projects to expand the brand.
Proven history of Brand Management or Marketing
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated passion for gardening and the natural world.
Ability to identify emerging trends and topics to enhance exposure.
Creativity in storytelling and content creation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position requiring the candidate's physical presence at our Attleborough site in Norfolk

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
