Within this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the brand’s visibility and presence. You will become a brand ambassador creating content, managing media relations, and helping to deliver company plans.

Hybrid basis - with 2 days in the office in Rugby.
So, what does the role entail?
- Working with PR agencies to manage activity. Take responsibility for PR campaigns and plans, coordinating sign-offs and interviews with relevant spokespeople and assisting in the development of future media strategies to ensure we are creating impact and engagement with key audiences.
- Create engaging content for internal and external communications channels.
- Work closely with the internal teams to support the culture workstream to form a unified organisation.
- Shape and deliver influencer strategies that amplify brand storytelling and drive awareness
- Lead the development of planning case stories and testimonials to help humanise the brand
- Work to an agreed budget associated with the brand and communications plan
To be successful in this role you will need:
- In-depth knowledge of PR and communication channels.
- Project management skills.
- To be people-focused when developing communications plans.
- Experienced working with external agencies.
- Managing budgets.
- Experience in the creative development and production process of integrated campaigns.
