As the FMCG Brand Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and advertising, to ensure brand consistency and success.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPI's to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging market opportunities to keep brands ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or business, preferable
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for consumer behaviour.
