Brand Marketing Assistant

About the job

As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will be providing support for all initiatives within the Brand Marketing Team, assisting with administrative tasks, copy, product, social media and execution of campaigns, events and partnerships. You will be confident in liaising with other departments and be proactive and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment, providing ideas and being on the pulse of changes and trends. You will be a brand ambassador for My 1st Years, understanding the products and the brand D&A.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities are:

Social Media

• Assisting with social media; scheduling and posting content on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Community engagement; interacting with our online community of both brands and our customers
• Monitoring all social media with the rest of the Brand Marketing team to stay on the pulse of activity
• Coordinating with our studio team and attending internal and external shoots as necessary
• Assisting with reactive and adhoc content as trends and products needs arise

Partnerships & Campaigns

• Liaising with the relevant departments to ensure samples and deliveries are processed correctly and timely
• Coordinating with brands on assets and marketing material
• Assisting with the organisation of large events and activations throughout the year

PR & Collaborations

• Administrative tasks to assist with relevant gifting collaborations
• Working with the production team on the creation and distribution of bespoke samples
• Processing product requests from press for any PR opportunities

Benefits

• Salary of £24,000 - £26,000 pa dependant on experience
