Job Title: Brand Partnerships Project Manager

Location/ Type: Fora, Soho W1F 0DQ – minimum 2 days per week in office, the rest from home. 5 days a week, 12 months FTC
Responsibilities
Role
- Delivery of a London Fashion Week partnership
- Working alongside permanent BFC Account Management team – subject to demand the role may be required to support on our partnership delivery
- Translating partner contract into delivery –setting up partnership delivery materials, ensuring smooth fulfilment of all contracted rights throughout term
- Development of a full year critical path, to ensure the alignment of the partner and BFC brand strategy throughout duration of the partnership
- Reporting and partner KPI management - objective setting, measurement and improvement season on season (with support from BFC Communications team)
- Managing contracted production spend for Partner – developing activation plans in line with BFC strategy that will meet the Partner objectives, working closely with Partnerships, Communications and Events teams at BFC to present relevant ideas to the Partner
- Senior stakeholder liaison – internal and external, to ensure success of partnership
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Brand Partnership / Sponsorship Delivery, including but not limited to: Live event delivery experience
- Activation build / production experience
- Experience in managing relationships with senior clients
- Experience in budget management
- Proven experience in renewing high value partnership deals
