Role Overview: As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of high-end residential projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in budget management and cost control.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Support in the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
