This company specialise in internal and external refurbishments of predominantly residential and some commercial projects valuing up to 2M. This company have a focus on ensuring projects are delivered to the best quality and therefore maintaining an exceptional reputation therefore they have a good orderbook with repeat clients for the next few years. They have a real passion for staff development and therefore are looking for an Assistant Contracts / Project manager.
The ideal candidate will have a construction or design related degree with onsite construction experience, you will be self-motivated, ambitious and eager to learn. Looking to make a real difference in your career and the business.
In this role you will gain full training and be working on projects from concept through to completion. You will be tendering for projects, organising labour, sub-contractor management, material procurement and ensuring sites are running smoothly. You will also attend weekly progress meetings. You will have the opportunity to gain additional qualifications such as an SMSTS and Chartership.
