Breakdown Controller

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a successful and established family run business in the Black Country region to recruit for s BREAKDOWN CONTROLLER.

This busy role would be perfect for someone who has worked within Breakdown recovery of vehicles up to HGV, Fleet or transport !

Day to day duties are:

• Taking incoming calls from customers regarding there vehicle breakdown recovery
• Arranging the recovery of the vehicle within the customers SLA’s
• Nationwide recovery using both inho9use and subcontractor recovery fleet
• Recording information accurately and updating systems
• Allocating and dispatching the appropriate resource
• Updating the customers through-out

If you have previous experience dealing with breakdown calls / planning routes etc then this role is for you!

• Salary - £24000 to £30000
• Working hours are ideally Tuesday to Saturday 2pm to 11pm – note this is flexible so please apply and we can discussed  hours to suit both parties
