The Role:
As a Subcontractor for Fusion, you'll be responsible for a range of essential tasks including annual gas services, installations, and breakdown repairs in domestic properties. Your expertise will directly contribute to ensuring warmth and comfort in countless households.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 Years Proven experience in gas servicing, breakdown repairs, and installations.
Gas ACS Qualifications: Essential qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, MET1.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver exceptional customer care and service.
Driving License: A full clean driving license is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of various gas appliances, especially boilers and fires, with a focus on achieving a high first-time fix rate.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated track record of achieving high first-time resolution rates.
Experience in working within the homes of elderly or vulnerable customers.
Willingness to work overtime as required, ensuring prompt service delivery.
