Breakfast Chef

Wilson Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a Breakfast Chef to work on a 13 week contract with a view to go permanent from week 14.

Basic info:
• 5 out of 7 days per week, rota to include some weekends
• 06:00 – 14:00 (6am to 2pm)
• 40 hours per week plus overtime
• Circa £12.50 per hour + refreshments on duty for the first 13 weeks paid weekly
• Circa £26’000 per annum paid monthly + overtime + excellent benefits from week 14
Applicant:
• Must be flexible and adaptable, work well within a large team and work 5 out of 7 days per week to include weekends where required
• Shall possess and produce Food Hygiene and/or Food Safety Level 2 certification or higher
• Should be able to evident previous hotel experience, preferably as part of a large kitchen team
• Will hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
• Can produce career history and experience in the form of an up to date CV and references
• May have experience of working with fresh produce (desirable)
• Might have worked as part of a team within a commercial kitchen serving high volume of customers in the region of 100-200 per service (desirable)
• Could be currently working as a Breakfast Chef and looking for career development (desirable)
• Would have prior experience working within the leisure, spa, golf resort or luxury hotel environments (desirable)
