SalaryOur client a luxury 5* Hotel in the heart of London is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team. As a Breakfast Chef, you'll embark on a journey of excellence, supported by seasoned professionals and extensive training. The client is offering a salary of up to £42,000 working 40 hours a week.
What Does the Role Entail?
As the Breakfast Chef, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest food production standards. Working alongside the rest of the experienced kitchen team, you'll assist in daily food preparations, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion sizes. Whether stationed in one of the three main restaurants, you'll demonstrate flexibility and creativity in meeting guest requests and overcoming challenges that arise during service. You will start at 7 AM and finish by lunch at 3 PM.
What Skills Will You Have?
You will ideally have experience working in luxury, fine dining, or highly rated kitchens to give you the breadth of understanding of what our client is looking for. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic are essential for success in this role. This role does require some flexibility as you'll be working 5 of the 7 on a rota-based system.
