About you as Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP)
- Previous kitchen experience at Commis/ Demi level
- Egg-celent attention to detail
- A genuine passion for food and flair
- Supportive and eager to learn with the wider team
- Thrives off busy kitchen environment
- Available to typically work breakfast shifts 4 days per week
Key responsibilities of the Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP) working breakfast
- Thrive off our busy breakfast menu of buffet and a la carte
- Assist the CDPs during service for timing and progress of all dishes
- Ensure presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to Head Chef's standards
- Have passion and pride for all dishes served in your section
- Take pride in achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness on section where required, also to assist in any job regarding hygiene or cleanliness asked for by a senior chef
