As Chef de Partie, you will play an integral part in assisting the Executive Pastry Chef to deliver dishes to multiple outlets, Park restaurant, Lounge Bar, Hyde Caf & In Room Dining and supporting your colleagues in our other kitchens.
You will ensure smooth running of your section and you will be responsible that food & hygiene standards are maintained within the kitchen.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Senior Chef De Partie will provide leadership to culinary activities of The Royal Lancaster London.
- He or she will ensure standards of product, service and hospitality to our guests.
- Help maintain kitchen productivity.
- Engage the kitchen team in working at a 5* Food Hygiene standard at all times.
- To continually monitor operations to achieve excellence in the following areas: Quality of food produces and Quality of food preparation.
- Carry out all elements of the Performance Management System in accordance with the Lancaster London Hotel standards.
- To analyze and respond appropriately to issues raised by both the various inspection reports (i.e. A.A Mystery Guest report and the other internal/external comments).
Royal Lancaster London is based in Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY, and the closest tube station is Lancaster Gate, on the Central Line.
