SalaryWe have an amazing opportunity for a Bricklaying Skills Tutor to work for one of the country's leading training providers. This will involve assessing the learning and skills needs of previously disengaged learners with a view to improving their employability skills.
Whether you have experience as a Construction Tutor already or have significant bricklaying experience and want to become a Tutor, we want to hear from you!
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- The ability to teach your trade as a Multi-skilled trades personnel
- Minimum 5 years of trade experience in Brickwork
- A full teaching qualification at Level 4-5 or above or equivalent (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTTLS) or willingness to work towards
- Experience working with hard-to-reach learners.
- Experience dealing with challenging situations.
- Experienced in offering Advice & Guidance.
- A mentor and role model to others.
