An exciting opportunity has become available to join our fabulous team at Emma Louise Bridal.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is friendly, honest, hardworking and passionate and have a love for all things bridal!

This is a 5 day role Tuesday-Saturdays

The hours are:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9.30-4.30

Thursday 9.30-6.30

Saturday 9.00-5.00

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Customer service experience with a love for building meaningful customer connections and a willingness to always go the extra mile
• Punctual, well-mannered and professional appearance
• An ability to work under own initiative and direction with an eye for detail
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, spreadsheets and general administrative duties.
• Sales experience preferred.

Duties Include:

• Meeting and greeting brides in a professional manner
• To manage one to one bridal appointments and offer expert advice
• To manage documentation of your own sales and those of colleagues where necessary ie, orders etc
• To inspect, steam and organise incoming gowns
• To assist and contribute to our social media
• To manage the appointment diary appropriately, answer telephone calls and email enquiries
• General day to day housekeeping of retail and back of house areas

Job Types: Permanent

Salary: From £11.50 per hour - increasing to £12.50 per hour
