Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across East Sussex. We are currently looking to recruit ECT’s based in Brighton & Hove.
This is a great opportunity to be introduced to a range of Primary Schools across the Brighton area and potentially gain a long-term role. This is also an opportunity for a casual and flexible position, where you have full control of when you want to work.
Your role as a Primary Teacher is to ensure continuity in children’s access to high quality education through day to day supply or long term placements in Lewes and the surrounding areas. Supply Desk are committed to this vision and, with your help, our mission is to keep teaching staff in classrooms.
What you’ll need to succeed with Supply Desk:
Primary Teacher:
– Placement Teaching Experience in a Primary school
– Passion for children’s development in education.
– QTS as a Primary Teacher.
– DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply.
– Positive classroom management skills.
– Based in Lewes or local, and willing to travel
– Secure knowledge of the National Curriculum through Teacher Training modules

Develop your behaviour management skills and teacher/pupil relationships working across a range of Primary Schools. Develop a wider understanding of delivering the curriculum through different Learning Journeys and topics. Not sure what Year Group you enjoy working with most…gain experience across EYFS, KS1 AND KS2.
